FAQ

PepMANIA was created to bring greater transparency, consistency, and personality to the research-supply industry. We are not interested in being another supplier with suspicious COA’s and no clue about the pep industry!

Our priorities include:

• Clear and accurate product labeling
• Lot-specific testing
• Straightforward ordering and shipping updates
• Responsive, human customer support
• A clean, modern shopping experience
• Honest communication without exaggerated promises

We believe researchers should know what they are ordering, where to locate the available COA, and how to reach someone when assistance is needed.

PepMANIA combines serious research standards with dependable customer care. We focus on making the purchasing process clear, organized, and reliable—from reviewing product information to receiving your order.

We do not use medical claims or promote our products as treatments. Our materials are offered exclusively for in-vitro laboratory use and analytical research.

COA’s are available for all products. Any available Certificate of Analysis will correspond to a specific product and lot number. COA’s are also obtained through rigorous testing at 3rd party ISO 17025 accredited laboratories.

Customers should always confirm that the lot number listed on the testing document matches the lot number printed on the product label.

Peptides should be stored at -20°C in a dry, dark environment. Reconstituted solutions should be used promptly or stored as advised in the product data sheet.

We ship primarily UPS 2 day shipping, all orders placed before 12pm EST go out same day. (Shipping may vary on weekends.)
